The restrictions have been lifted, the obstacles overcome, and after much toil and many hours Superbalist is finally exclusively able to bring to Africa the company’s clothing and accessories, made sweatshop-free in downtown Los Angeles.
It is the first in a planned line of exclusives aimed at introducing international fashion to design-appreciating individuals across Africa.
“American Apparel is a brand revered for its phenomenal heritage, exceptional ethics, great tailoring and vintage appeal. In addition to the launch, American Apparel will become part of our permanent lines, ensuring constant product availability,” said Luke Jedeikin of Superbalist.com.
The launch of the American Apparel debut on Superbalist.com is scheduled to take place on 31 January 2014. The series of seasonally updated ranges for men and women will incorporate the brand’s trademark features, from their signature tri-blend cotton and great cuts to an unwavering dedication to ethical and sustainable manufacturing.
